Check status
With a casino that is still being checked, keep the first deposit minimal. That applies to Flagman too: until the test is finished, this page has only the terms the operator publishes.
Flagman in Azerbaijan: licence and safety
Flagman operates under a Curaçao licence. It is not an Azerbaijani licence: in a dispute you complain to the regulator that issued it, not to local authorities.
Curaçao is the most common licence in this market. Since the 2023 reform, operators have to be licensed by the new regulator and publish a complaints procedure on their site.
The local law matters too: only Azerlotereya (Misli.az) and Topaz work legally in Azerbaijan, and Flagman is a foreign operator. The law fines players as well (3 000 ₼ under Article 525 of the Code of Administrative Offences), so know this risk before you register.
Flagman deposits and withdrawals
The Flagman cashier has bank card and USDT. The minimum deposit is 20 ₼. Flagman does not accept m10, so from Azerbaijan the easiest options are a bank card or USDT.
| Method | Min. deposit | Withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard | 20 ₼ | 1-3 days |
| USDT (TRC-20) | 10 $ | 5-60 min |
Flagman sends the payout through the same channel as the deposit. If you deposit by card and request m10, the request will most likely be returned. What to do if a payout is late is in our withdrawal guide.
Flagman and USDT: paying with crypto
Flagman accepts USDT. This helps when a card payment is declined. Start with a small amount: a wrong address or network is most common on the first crypto deposit. How crypto casinos work and which others accept it: crypto casinos.

Flagman bonuses
The bonus terms of Flagman are being checked. A bonus cannot be judged without an amount, wagering and a minimum deposit, so there are no figures here yet. Offers from other casinos are compared on the bonuses page.

The largest section of the Flagman site is slots. Crash games such as Aviator are not the focus of Flagman; for this genre, look at other casinos.

Flagman support works in Russian and English. Describe a problem briefly and with numbers (date, amount, request number); the answer comes faster that way.
