Check status
This review relies on the published terms of Winnerz, not on our test. To enter the catalogue, a casino has to pass a check of registration from Azerbaijan, the AZN account and a real withdrawal; Winnerz is in the queue.
Winnerz in Azerbaijan: licence and safety
Winnerz operates under a Curaçao licence. It is not an Azerbaijani licence: in a dispute you complain to the regulator that issued it, not to local authorities.
Curaçao is the most common licence in this market. Since the 2023 reform, operators have to be licensed by the new regulator and publish a complaints procedure on their site.
The local law matters too: only Azerlotereya (Misli.az) and Topaz work legally in Azerbaijan, and Winnerz is a foreign operator. The law fines players as well (3 000 ₼ under Article 525 of the Code of Administrative Offences), so know this risk before you register.
Winnerz deposits and withdrawals
You can fund the account with bank card, from 20 ₼. Winnerz does not accept m10, so from Azerbaijan the easiest options are a bank card.
| Method | Min. deposit | Withdrawal |
|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard | 20 ₼ | 1-3 days |
Winnerz sends the payout through the same channel as the deposit. If you deposit by card and request m10, the request will most likely be returned. What to do if a payout is late is in our withdrawal guide.
Winnerz app download: Android and iOS
The Winnerz Android app is downloaded as an APK file from the operator's site. Apps with the same name on Google Play are often unofficial.
- Open the mobile siteFind the «App» or «Mobile version» section in the menu.
- Download the APK fileAndroid may ask you to allow installs from unknown sources.
- On iPhoneThe official version is either in the App Store or a PWA on the site.
App updates usually do not install automatically: if an old version shows an error, download the file from the site again.

Winnerz registration: step by step
Winnerz asks for a phone number or an email to register. Two choices are hard to change later, the currency and the bonus, so make both in the registration form.
- Enter your phone numberWinnerz sends a code by SMS; the number has to be in +994 format.
- Make AZN the account currencyWith dollars or roubles you lose on the bank rate with every transaction.
- Look at the bonus fieldA bonus may be ticked automatically; untick it if you do not want it.
- Confirm your emailWithout a confirmed email it is harder to reset the password.
- Type personal data as in your IDA mistake in the name or date of birth stops the withdrawal.
If something goes wrong at registration, for example the SMS code does not arrive, write to the support chat. Do not open a new account: the casino blocks a second account for the same person.
Winnerz bonuses
The bonus terms of Winnerz are being checked. A bonus cannot be judged without an amount, wagering and a minimum deposit, so there are no figures here yet. Offers from other casinos are compared on the bonuses page.
Winnerz games
The largest section of the Winnerz site is slots. Aviator and other crash games have their own section. The result of each round is calculated cryptographically before it starts, so do not trust sellers of «signal bots» and «predictors». The rules and a free demo are on the Aviator page.
Winnerz support and languages
Winnerz has no Azerbaijani version; the interface is in Russian and English. Read the bonus terms carefully anyway: restrictions such as «max bet» are easy to miss.
How the Winnerz score is calculated
The 5.5 score of Winnerz combines six weighted criteria. Withdrawal speed has the largest weight, because most complaints from players in Azerbaijan are about it.
- Withdrawal speed (25%)8.3Money usually arrives in 5 to 30 minutes, which is fast.
- Licence and company (20%)5.8Curaçao licence, not checked yet.
- Local payments (20%)3.3No m10.
- Bonus terms (15%)4.8Bonus terms are still being collected, so the score is neutral.
- Games (10%)5.8Slots and crash.
- Support in your language (10%)3.3No Azerbaijani version; support in Russian and English.
Winnerz is strongest on «withdrawal speed» (8.3) and weakest on «local payments» (3.3).
